Level 3 number via Skype. I too got “Kevin Williams this side from the PayPal.”
“Kevin” will bring up “guidance from the Better Business Bureau” and claim that there must be a “reason for the cancellation.” He hung up as our call was “breaking.”

(802)-536-4566 : The human would not let me speak to his supervisor. He said “My superwisor is f-cking your wife.”
