Itanager (Itanagar) city is just an approximation of Geo-location. The are in Kolkaata. About 25 scammers in the USA shift running PayPal. Amazon, McAfee and Norton.
They also run UK and Australia shifts

Your output shows city Itanager (Itanagar) The wireshark (or other means you used) may not be accurate. I ran traceroute and got Kolkata.
Anydesk ID 352227141 is not in my records. Seems this late night their PC is not up. I will try the connection in the morning.
