Additional information about this scam:
Guy is very insistent that he is the real PayPal and scammers forwarded their number to him. He cannot explain his accent and lack of English speaking skills.
Scammer told me his name is… Steven Tyler! 
I asked when Aerosmith was touring next
The last guy I spoke to had the opposite approach. He told me that he “loves to steal money from filthy Americans”
And he added, that Osama bin laden is his hero, and he “wants to see more Americans burn to death”
Other than that, he seemed like a pretty nice guy
I asked how he feels about his grandparents being brother and sister, like his parents are.
At the moment there using vpn’s that show Singapore..
Robin picked up the calls.
