Carrier: RingCentral
Status: Goes to a German voicemail
Call Center Location: India :india:
Answers as: “Customer Suppoat” or “PayPal”
Technician: “Mark”
“Refund Officer:” “Richard”
Remote Access Software: ConnectWise from phhelp.top (Nickname: “Robotic AI Server”) or AnyDesk (Address: 961017321/motogt Password: cancel799)

Their ConnectWise domain was blocked by my ISP, so “Mark” wanted me to download AnyDesk and asked me to fill out a “refund form,” falsely claiming the line was “recorded for the Better Business Bureau policy.”

  • Once the form is completed, I was asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, I was asked if I do online banking with my cell phone, which I don’t do.
  • After consulting with his “refund team,” “Mark” attempted to view the webcam to no avail before transferring the call to “Richard,” who opened the Control Panel and wanted me to uninstall “Remote Desktop Connection” and install ConnectWise from pdhelp.top to “secure the connection,” despite the website being blocked.
  • Richard" then falsely claimed there were “malicious applications” on my computer, then attempted to install Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. I refused to let him do as such, as it was done without my consent, and he refused to “suppoat.”
