Additional information about this scam: Found on guru with this note "This number was posted on my Paypal account in the “notes” section of a money request. I asked the guy that answered the call where his office was located and he quickly hung up without saying a word. Why does Paypal allow someone to pretend that they are security right on a formal request for $550, is beyond me. Maybe I need to close my paypal account? "
