I tried for the first time from my TextMe number but after a number of rings the call just ended or dropped.
I tried then from my TextNow number and a foreign man answered as customer support.
I asked nicely, “Yes Sir, what is your name?”
He replied, “John with [what sounded like NeckMed].”
I asked John, “How do you spell the company name for which you work?”
He replied with what again sounded like NeckMed.
I asked, “I might have not dialed the number correctly. How do you spell the name of the company for which you work?”
He became impatient and a tad bit nasty and asked, “Do you want my help or not?”
I replied, “I just want to know the name of the company.”
I asked, “Is it spelled N as in Nancy, E as in Echo?”
He replied, “N E T as in Thomas M as in Mary E as in Echo D as in …”
I said, “Oh, okay John. I thought you said N e C K m e d. Okay, you work for Netmed.”
He said with growing impatience, “Yes, Netmed!”
I said, “I might have dialed the number incorrectly. I am trying to call PayPal.”
He replied, “Yes, we work for PayPal!”
I said, “You just told me you work for Netmed.”
He said, “NO, we work for PayPal!”
I asked, “Again, why did you tell me you work for Netmed when now you say you work for PayPal. Which is it, you stupid, criminal, gaping and stinky sphincter?”
He hung up.
What is with the “Neckmed” … correction, “Netmed” name of a company?
Why does he pronounce the “t” in Netmed like a “ck” sound?
Nowadays these criminals are so freakin’ stupid!
