what kind of scam is it? is it like a Microsoft, PayPal, norton, etc. I want to see if I can reverse connect to their systems
I posted it in the title. It is a Paypal scam. Somebody hacked your account and bought stuff and they want to refund your money. That scam.

Yep, they are a bit upset! If I took a guess at it they received a branding on their behinds, a big Texas F brand for fools.
They sure have. I had one guy stay on the phone for over 10 minute talking crap. I just took off my earphones and walked away. Dummy did not realize he was costing his boss money by the second.
