Carrier: Microsoft Teams
Call Center Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India
Answers as: “PayPal Cancellation Team,” “worldwide customer suppoat,” “Apple Pay” and “Microsoft”
Technicians: “Jacob Anderson,” “Daniel Johnson”
Remote Access Software: UltraViewer (ID: 100902422/DESKTOP-M5VBFBV)

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf “Jacob” asked if I had Google Chrome before asking me to fill out a “PayPal refund form” and log into my nonexistent bank account.
- Since I don’t do online banking, I was first asked by a co-worker to read out the message on my screen, which I refused to do so on the grounds of invasion of privacy, then to search for my fake bank on Google.
- I was then asked to never call the number again and, once they hung up, the chod proceeded to go on prnhub
