Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Jordan” asked me to go to tiny.cc/52475 to fill out a “3D cancellation refund form,” which they falsely claim was "verified by Better Business Bureau
- Once the form was complete, I was asked to “log into” my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, “Jordan” repeatedly asked me to “enroll” for online banking before consulting with his “security department.”
- After a lengthy hold, “Jordan” refused to “suppoat.”
