The carrier is Ring Central… Go figure! Ring Central = scum, in my opinion. They almost never respond to complaints of fraud and robocalling, in my experience. By the way, this number is listed on this dubious website ecofergroup.com… The website has suspiciously little amount of info. In fact, they did not even list their location. I found some small company under this name in Finland, and their Finnish website is not even secure. My browser blocked me from accessing their website, which is a major red flag.
@drwat I think you should report this issue to GoDaddy which hosts the website. After all, impersonating PayPal and McAfee is illegal.
