Falsely Claims: Purchase made from Santa Barbara, California, account accessed from seven different locations, fake Apple and Amazon accounts created.
Remote Access Software: ConnectWise from qfhelp.top (Nickname: “Secure Server,” Code: 635982/90LO50W)
The scammer asked me to run the “netstat” command so he can falsely claim there were multiple IP addresses on my network before asking me to download ConnectWise from qfhelp.top and log into my nonexistent bank account.
- Since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to drive to my local branch, so I told him that my branch was closed due to a water main break. He responded by asking me to search for the nonexistent website of my bank.
- After repeatedly telling me to “hang on,” the bhenchod became too invasive to provide “suppoat”

I just got a text message:
I got a guy with an Indian accent who answered the phone with a sleepy “heeelllooo”
I asked if it was PayPal, he said that he was with PayPal to call him back in an hour.
An old, Indian woman just told me that she is a level 5 superwisor. She wanted my name & the email I use for PayPal.
She confirmed my charge for $520. plus more from New Jersey, Ohio and Mexico
“Shawn” the senior supervisor" just called me and asked me why I’m doing this. He said you call over and over, day after day.
I asked him why he was scamming innocent human beings that did nothing wrong to him. He cursed me out in a nice mix of English and Hindi and told me that he will find out where I lived and I will be sorry…then YELLED “You have no idea who you are messing with!”
