Cancellation ID: SPTXNQTP786
Falsely Claims: Account logged in by “local hacker” from Alabama, Texas and Ohio
Remote Access Software: ConnectWise from ighelp.top (Nickname: “Secure Server”), QuickAssist or UltraViewer (Nickname: “Secure Support”/“Robotic Server,” ID: 85200718/DESKTOP-VB1i490)

Their ConnectWise domain was blocked by my ISP, so I was asked to run QuickAssist, which I am unable to run on my virtual machine, then UltraViewer.
- Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-impatient and incredibly-invasive bhenchod attempted to download ConnectWise from ighelp.top to no avail, prompting him to blame Spectrum and disable Windows Defender Firewall.
- I was then asked to accept a call from their personal Magic Jack line (980) 333-4005 while he fails to bring up a “cancellation form” from tiny.cc/pplcustomer. Since it was blocked by my ISP, the scammer attempted to run a fake “cancellation form” in the Command Prompt, then attempt to install Google Chrome before I refused on the grounds of it being done without my consent,.
- The scammer then used Powershell to make his own cancellation form and ask me to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, they refused to “suppoat” and attempted to change my password to “fuck you Kevin 12” and threatened to “fuck my mom” via Notepad.
- I responded to this by playing them the Bhenchod Song, prompting them, to search for “lock my PC”
