Answering as PayPal again. Man, he didn’t even get any information he went straight to " You’re a victim of hacking and need to connect to our secure server"
He thinks that I work for Scammer Payback XD
Also the guys apparently a website designer that’s stuck in a crappy situation.

When I was 19, I was homeless and didn’t even have anywhere to sleep. But I didn’t CHOOSE to steal from, and hurt other innocent human beings who did nothing wrong to me.
I went to construction sites and offered my labor, I went into many restaurants and offered to wash dishes, clean the bathrooms or sweep the floors in exchange for food.
Sure, I could have robbed innocent people too, but I’m not lazy and I’m not a POS. (Although my ex-wife may not agree 
)
Sadly, we can’t always control outside forces, but we have the free will to choose how we respond to them.
But that’s just me and my humble opinion.
If it’s that bad, figure out how to rob a company of something and leave civilians out of it. The last person to steal from is an elderly person
