They use fastsupport dot com website where he had me type in my fake name “Dixon Butts” and where he gave me the Support Key 613 - 760 - 519 to type in.
Here is the text message I received today. I tried calling the (760) 718-3017 from which the text message was sent but nobody answered. I called the +1 (850) 332-1836 and a guy answered at PayPal and used FastSupport dot Com. He gave me the Support Key to enter.
