So I called this morning and when the automated system answered a voice said, “Thank you for calling PayPal.” After a couple of minutes on hold, a guy answered as PayPal. I asked his name and he said Frank Martin. He has a foreign accent when speaking English. I gave him the order number from the email. He asked for the invoice number and dollar amount, and I gave it to him. The call dropped I guess at this point.
So I called back and a guy with a foreign accent said I’d reached PayPal. I asked his name and he said Adam Keppler. I explained that I’d spoken to Frank Martin just now but that the call dropped. He said he can help me. I gave him the information.
He had me go to the following URL:
He said to type my name into the webpage and to enter into the webpage the following Session ID:

Before I created this thread, I searched in this site the following but got no results for any existing thread:
(781) 958-5690
781-958-5690
When I searched in this site 781958-5690 I found a thread entitled Bandwidth Reporting Thread in the path Carrier Reports / Carrier but it did not seem like I could reply to that thread.
Therefore I am creating this thread in case anybody wants to bait these PayPal criminals who want to get onto the computers or cell phones of potential victims.
