Was sent in the mail a green post card that has package shipment request for address only. With final notice checked and we are attempting to deliver.call now (702)625-5506 reference the ric# package number RIC575557
AND SENT TO MY ADDRESS WITH A STAMP ON IT
The phone number leads to “Las Vegas Impact Distribution”?.. I honestly can’t make guess as to what that would mean exactly, nor can I find any information about it via a search engine. They’re not open now (as expected), but maybe we’ll be able to find out more tomorrow when someone is taking calls. I think it’s best this post stays hidden until we get to do so.
@Norm_Harrison#104387 oh if it’s Impact Distributions then I know what it is, I already follow this thread to call them later on.
Basically they send some card in the mail on a pretext that something should’ve arrived in your mail but didn’t because nobody was there at home to take the package. Also the card is designed to look like official US govt, see BBB complaint:
</s>Use of misleading Notice designed to resemble official US Pastal Service delivery notification. "PACKAGE DELIVERY NOTIFICATION " "OFFICIAL USE" "Residential Delivery Only" "Final Notice" "Signature Required" "Standard Delivery" "Saturday Delivery" "Pick-up" "FOR DELIVERY INFORMATION CALL XXX-XXX-XXXX<e>
Then naturally you call them back and then it turns into a sales call for a free water checkup where some salesman will come to your home free of cost and check your water hardness etc. Then they do some pressure sales to get you to buy their water filters.
I called them in the past a lot and they promised me to stop these deceptive marketing techniques but seems they don't do it.

Their company name is actually Crystal Clear Concepts LLC, Impact Distributions is just the department name if I get it correctly.
Their BBB page: https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/grand-prairie/profile/water-treatment-equipment/crystal-clear-concepts-llc-0875-90546624
@NeeP#104388 I see, interesting tactics. I’ve never heard of this before, so thank you for informing me. I assume it’s safe to go ahead and approve it then?
