Ox Car Care is a fraudulent vehicle service contract company located at 17875 Von Karman Ave Suite 150, Irvine, CA 92614.
They have an A+ rating with the BBB but have many complaints about poor, rude, disrespectful customer service, failure to honor contracts & failure to issue refunds.
They pay for reviews to look reputable & have been known to harass people by spamming different fake numbers as they have in my case.
They first started calling me on 4/19/25 early in the morning & asked for the fake information that I only give to scammers. I guess they got it off of another car warranty scammer along with the non-existent car that I drive. I spammed their various phone numbers until they blocked me & I thought I was done with it until they called me this morning on a holiday 4/20/25.
Their official numbers are: 800 301 4074/ 800 219 9669 ( I alternate between these two numbers when I get blocked from the rest) They seem to only be able to block you for a short time from these two numbers so I alternate between the two. Just dial & don’t pick any options, that way you get connected to their team that gives the quotes.
