I love how they put UPS store addresses for their business address, to make them look “legit”.

Side note, they seem to be taking a lot of calls. I was on hold for over a minute until someone picked up and hung up the phone.

OMG I talked to Lisa first told her I had a virus on my computer she asked me for my customer ID I said where do I find that out at she hung up called back Rachel answer the phone I told her that Lisa hung up on me and I was a new customer so I didn’t have a customer ID she asked me how did I find their number I said from your website so she hung up called back a third time and Jenny answer the phone told her about the other two hanging up on me and I’m like that is not good business so she put Richard on the phone I asked him where was he from and why was he scamming people he said they were from Afghanistan I see you’re not so powerful now since Bin Laden is gone then he proceeded to tell me that Bin Laden is still alive and they coming for the US again it was very creepy .

I’ve been phishing them for a bit, found out that the account numbers they use are a format GETSXXXX. I’ve been telling them that my corporate office paid for the 399.99 platinum plan. LOL

These guys put a lot of effort into looking like a legit company. I gave them a few test questions to make sure they werent. A lot of people from NC sound like Indians. I kept asking them if they where Indian and they said no. They where pretty offended being called a chutiya, though. How does this scam even work? They only talk to people with a customer I’D

@Markiemm#30732 these guys aren’t the typical Indian scammers. I’ve called countless times swearing at them in Hindi and they aren’t getting mad. No “fuck your mom, daughter, wife” kinda disappointing
