Additional information about this scam: personal information collector under disguise that low insurance quotes would be provided by them.
Even I fell for this scam thinking I’m about to get a quote. The website collected all of my personal data except social security #. That’s way too much information they stole from me!!! Without my consent (essentially). If I knew they’re pretending to be insurance company I’d never provided my info.

I think if we enter faulty info into their database will help a little. Esp. enter your enemy’s info, lawyers that deal with such cases, etc.
