always go for option “0”
Usually pressing any number will connect to the same operator anyway
I never listen to 90% of ivr options on numbers, 0 is always easier
especially the hundreds of active comcast numbers I still have to list one of these days

When scammer talks, he says crime committed. After they feel they have gained your trust, they ask you to remove money from the safe and take it to a check-cashing location to be deposited into an account.
What kind of crime? Do I say I’m returning a missed call?
