Additional information about this scam: I harass this guy for quite a while before he turned off his phone and it looks like he’s back he answers pretty much no calls and calls back everybody who dials him immediately after.

I promised him he would get a lot of calls today so don’t let me down guys!!!

When I call from a number of caller id’s, I get the following

“The number you are calling cannot be reached from your area code”

I tried 14 different area codes and got the exact same thing
Enough time wasted on that sure fire dead end
