Additional information about this scam: I found the number on guru with a note about the “OIG”. I called and left a message, they called back and want a cashiers check.

I do believe this started as a Walmart incoming call but who knows!

He hung up and blocked me. I changed my number and just left a message using “old woman” voice changer.
