Oh well, another "MrBeast" crypto scam

Domains Used: - YouTube and http://mrbeast-event.net
Extra Info:
Contacted Namecheap about the mrbeast-event.net domain.

What I sent:

They are impersonating a popular youtuber called MrBeast in order to gain their victim’s trust.

The website are offering Ethereum and Bitcoin giveaways, which you send a certain amount of crypto to the scammer’s address, and supposedly, they would give you back more crypto than what you sent, but this isn’t the case.

There would also be no chance of getting the money back, since crypto is untraceable, which makes this a really dangerous scam.

Boy, NameCheap really suprised me. Seems like they took down the domain - same happened with me yesterday, they listened and took down the domains.

Yeah, domain providers would usually take a few days to take down a domain, while for this one it probably took around 10 hours. I didn’t get a response back from them, but I care about is that they took it down.

Yeah, but NameCheap is little weird - they took down the websites i reported, then after a day (today), the websites were back up. I just checked few minutes ago and the sites are down again.
