He sounds a bit genuine but you can interrupt him and say anything you want, he never gets offended. If you say "Transfer me to your supervisor right now", you hear the POP sound and of course it's a real person---she's there to handle the credit cards I imagine. The bot takes care of talking down angry people sick of the robocalls from them.
