Falsely Claims:
- My number was “shortlisted” by the federal government under the Affordable Care Act/Obamacare.
- I can receive $500-900 in monthly benefits under the Affordable Care Act, including the Flex Card.
- Benefits to be mailed to my home address tomorrow morning.
- I need to be between the ages of 19 and 64.
- I must not be a resident of New York State.
- I must not be a Medicare recipient.

Falsely Claims:
- I qualify for $1,153/month via a free Flex Card.
- I get discounts on my groceries and medical bills and Walmarts and other selected stores
- I provided the wrong zip code (he thought I said 0 instead of 8)
- I need to assume I was self-employed.
- The application will come on my doorstep within 7 business days.
- I need to give consent into receiving further calls, even if my number is on the do-not-call registry.
