  • I can receive $500-900 in monthly benefits under the Affordable Care Act, including the Flex Card.
  • Benefits to be mailed to my home address tomorrow morning.
  • I need to be between the ages of 19 and 64.
  • I must not be a resident of New York State.
  • I must not be a Medicare recipient.

Falsely Claims:

  • I qualify for $1,153/month via a free Flex Card.

  • The application will come on my doorstep within 7 business days.
  • I need to give consent into receiving further calls, even if my number is on the do-not-call registry.
