The man who owns the company and does the “services”, ripped a woman off for 675$ for what should have been no more than 100$. He gave her a fake name, took her money, installed a “new operating system” as the “fix” for the issue she was experiencing. He used deceit, lies and deception, and then he took her money and left her with a broken computer.
I have been getting calls from the classic tech scammer who has been using the exact same name "alex" for years now. I suspect, that the Alex that went to that ladies house and ripped her off and the one calling me are one in the same. If anyone can get video of him scamming them it will help local law enforcement here to deal with the situation.
