i get called from the very original IRS scam, they call with a local number but it says its disconnected when i call back. any tips?

Gotcha, I knew about spoofing I was just more curious if there was a way to call them back at all. I should have clarified in OP
Nope, there wouldn’t be a way as it’s spoofed.
