I didn’t record it but spent 2 hours waisting their time. They transferred me to different people asking me the same questions. It was annoying after awhile. I finally ended it and started arguing that DOT stands for department of transportation. Lol not department of treasury. I finally hung up. They called me back. I had to change phone numbers. I was like next. Lol
