I’m on the hunt for any 8YY numbers being used by IRS/SSA. Nearly all of them are using Grasshopper as their VOIP provider.
I have a special technique I use with this provider to knock those out. So if you see any toll-free IRS/SSA, please tag me and I'll try to swamp it.
