Works. I called and the first thing they said after I told them “My computer is running bad” was “I can connect you to a technician but there is a charge”

Edit: Called via Hangouts. Not sure if FireRTC works.

FireRTC Works just make sure that you arent acting stupid when you call them because they just hang up for me, but at least it works!
