Last week, my grandmother ordered a multi-pack of adjustable glasses from a company by the name of Vi-Shift. However, she was unsatisfied with her purchase not only due to the product not working as well as she thought, but also because they tacked on additional charges for products she never ordered and a “package protection plan.”
She did contact a company representative to see if she can return the product for a full refund, but the representative said that they can’t accept returns, but will offer a 50% refund. My grandmother obviously refused and threatened to report their activities to NY Attorney General Letitia James, so they raised it to 75% before chickening out and claiming to give her a full refund.
Upon discovering this information, I sought out to investigate the company further and found that the company behind this was likely Indian, though they falsely claim to operate from an OIA Global at 2345 Vauxhall Road, Union, New Jersey, 07083. The package was mailed to us from Nu Lifestyle Marketing, LLC, though they are listed on Google Maps as the gift shop “Ni Life.”
Some of the employees have also claimed to operate as Nue Lifestyle Marketing PTE Ltd, which is listed as operating out of 8 WILKIE ROAD, #03-08, WILKIE EDGE, Singapore 228095. The company also has a known history of fraudulently advertising their products as being developed by Elon Musk.
The company also claims to operate from 12924 Pierce St., Pacoima, California, 91331, which is the address used for [Rapid Fulfillment Services, LLC](https://www.rapidfulfillmentcenter.com/) that is also tied to “Shark Tank” scam products and fraudulent moisturizing creams. The company is also listed with a failing grade on the Better Business Bureau, where they are also listed as operating as “Based Capital Limited” with a phone number tied to Testro T3 male enhancement supplements.
Rapid Fulfillment was also recently sued by the California-based Silent Venus, LLC in the Superior Court of California for

- Intentional misrepresentation
- Unfair Competition
- Breach of Contract
- Negligent Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage
User complaints on ScamAdvisor and their Google and BBB listings indicate several patterns of fraudulent activity, such as:
- Promising a 30-day money-back guarantee, but refusing to offer any refunds or returns.
- Charging $125 for products that are sold on Temu for $18.
- Generating fake reviews for their products on fake review websites and Google.
Their supposed New Jersey address has also been used to fraudulently sell
