“Ryan” refused to “suppoat” as he couldn’t provide the name of the company, so I called back and “Jeff” failed at getting me to run ConnectWise, so he had me run AnyDesk instead.
- Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Jeff” minimized every window and refused to “suppoat.” I tried connecting to his AnyDesk to no avail.
