Falsely Claims:
- Every computer comes with Norton
- I need to “connect” to the “secure server of Norton”
- Their “secure server” was “associated with the Federal Trade Commission.”
- I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
- "Cancellation Code: CAN456829801
- I was “staying at a rehab center”
Remote Access Software: UltraViewer (ID: 87913820/DESKTOP-P6ARLDR) and ConnectWise from hwpcare.live (Code: 39256, ID: super939)

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf and incredibly-impatient “David” installed ConnectWise from hwpcare.live.
- I was then asked to fill out a “FTC cancellation and refund form,” which also features the logos for PayPal, Bitcoin, Norton, Amazon, McAfee and the Better Business Bureau.
- I was then asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking. “David” blanked my screen and said I will be receiving a $299 check.
- Instead of continuing to “suppoat,” "“David” locked my virtual machine using Lock my PC 4, with the password hint set at “fuck you” before hanging up on me, presumably blocking the number.
