Norton - Symantec Subscription Anti-Virus Scam

Scam Number: 816-479-5455
Domain Used: ? @symantec-orders.com ? Maybe the real domain.
Extra Info: Phishing email impersonating Norton Anti-Virus.
Email is sent out using “tempemail.in” and includes a fake receipt claiming to have charged “$377.58” “Successfully to your checking account”
Their “receipt” shows a “Symantec Total Protection Platinum Pro” plan for 4 years but also says 2 years in some places.
Multiple grammar and capitalization mistakes and hyperlinks in the email redirect to different sites. Email also included a PDF attachment that I have not opened due to the recent spread of malware through .pdf and .docx files

Calling the number returned just ringing and eventually a manual hangup. Called around 5 times and the line hung up after different durations each time. On the 6th and 7th attempt, someone picked up with background noise of a callcenter. The person on the other side of the line never said a word and hung up after I began to criticize their grammar and hyperlink mistakes.

Got a few words out of them, “yes yes, yes, yes, ma’am… yes… ok, [Something in another language]” click

Michael told me that I better never call there again.
