The toll free Norton refund number Doc listed above, is in this huge, mostly consecutive block of numbers
I don’t generally do this with numbers we took out immediately at the time and are now long dead. They were taken down every time they came back online on subsequent hours and days this block was alive with the same very large call center, over the course of 2-3 weeks around Thursday, 8 June 2023. From memory some of these groups had up to 50 scammers answering calls.
Quite a few numbers changed between refund scripts.
Very few people knew they were even occupying this real estate.
This will hopefully show people how little they see when they don’t get the “magic tell all email with the number to call”
My search dialers caught them then and continues to catch them today.
Unfortunately there is even more call centers up and running now, so finding a lot of numbers isn’t a hard task but we continue to stop as many as we can before they can get a victim call in many instances.

Yeah they were alive in that block for a few weeks well over a year ago now.
They would often have 25-30 numbers active every day, alternating back and forth to old numbers while opening new ones daily for their garbage.
The same thing happens right throughout every toll free prefix and area code with a myriad of fraud.
It disgusts me the way I can smash into hundreds of scammers and barely come across a genuine US business and I never go to areas populated by Mr. & Mrs. Joe Citizen because scammers will never be there either. I’ve often commented these invaders seem to think they own the North American Numbering Plan, the way they use so many numbers they should not be entitled to have access to if I had my way.
The area code sections the scammers populate heavily have zero private citizen numbers in them. The only possibility scammers being in an area where cell phones and landlines will be is the 808 Hawaii area code.
