This is the ‘Dear Custome’ guy’s, it came in from a spoofed number that they have used several times.
Carrier: Skype
Network: Bandwidth.com
Call Center Location: India 
Technician: “Jason”
Falsely Claims: Free trial expired.
Remote Access Software: AnyDesk (Address: 1138193894/HP PRINTER SUPPORT, Password: norton360)
- Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Jason” asked me to fill out a “FTC refund form” that required me to log into my Google account. I was provided a separate form designed to impersonate Norton.
- I was then asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, “Jason” wanted to write a check, so I told him to write to the Bhenchod Song.
