This number tried calling me, they are Norton Scammers. They have two numbers (+1 888-366-5943 & +1 810 228 7131). I put them on a virtual machine and they got me to install Ultraviewer. However, they kept getting disconnected from the VM, so they installed something else which is called ScreenConnect. Turns out that file runs in the background without the user knowing.
They called me back lots of times and hung up:

I wasted 1-3 hours of their time and the person on the phone seemed angry at me whenever I didn’t know what he was saying. They also connect to phones using AnyDesk, but if you say you’re on a Landline they won’t.
Also, they get you to use a Google Form and submit stuff (Name, Email, Home Address, Phone Number, Cancellation/Refund Code, Refund Amount). He did get mad when I wouldn’t sign into a non-existing bank or email. After that, me and my friend ran viruses and he just ran a tree.
