They appear to have their hosting/web account suspended.
However, the live chat on their google site is quite amusing should you use it.

The best thing you can do is report it to google, they may not respond, but it’s worth a try. If they have any numbers active, report them to the carrier.

It’ll take Google multiple days to reply. You’ve got to consider the volume of reports they receive daily - it takes a while to go through and review each case.
