Falsely Claims: Network infected with “identity theft viruses”

The scammers only accept calls from mobile carriers. Calling otherwise presents a “dialed number does not allocated error.”

  • The scammers will ask you to verify your phone number, zip code, Internet service provider and birthday before falsely claiming your network was infected by “identity theft viruses.”
  • I was then asked to provide the toll-free number of my bank, so I gave “Victoria” the 24/7 Lenny line before she “alerted the cybersecurity cell” and hung up so I can accept a call from her level-5 officer “Sim Rhodes” on his personal Onvoy line (425) 552-2916.
  • “Sim” then falsely claimed my phone lines are hacked before asking me if I go to any “pornography websites” and placing the call on hold while “Victoria” deals with another victim.
  • “Sim” then falsely claimed a Russian hacker made illegal subscriptions to child pornography on PornHub over my network before berating me for “yelling” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
  • “Sim” then asked for the number of my fake bank, prompting me to respond with the 24/7 Lenny line before transferring the call to “Jack Larson,” a coworker who posed as a representative from my bank.
  • “Jack” then asked for my zip code and THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER before falsely claiming my account was on hold due to a $7,000 PornHub subscription being made from the Russian Federation.
  • After “reporting the activities to the higher authorities in the fraud division,” I was asked to take out $7,000 from my bank account within 3 hours.

The scammers falsely claim to operate out of a single-family residence in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as Eagles Repair, LLC. The company was registered by Seelochan Omadat, who used to reside at the Fort Lauderdale household but now lives in Sugar Hill, Georgia.

The company is believed to be tied to Genesis Technology Solutions Private Limited, whose call center is located on the 5th floor of the Dwarka Signature building at Flat No 5A, 5th Floor, Plot # 14D/1, Dwaraka Signature, Jai Hind Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500033.
