“Thomas” answers as “Norton” but refuses to “suppoat.” I called back and had “John” ask me connect me to the “Secure Server” through AnyDesk before hanging up on me as well.

  • I was able to have “David,” who thought my “old flip phone” was an iPhone, connect me to their “security server” through UltraViewer, but he was too impatient to provide “suppoat.”
  • All subsequent calls are met with busy tones, indicating that the number may have been taken out of service.
