“Lilian” refused to “suppoat,” so I called back and “Ryan” forced me to install ConnectWise. Once he remotely connected to my virtual machine, he blanked my screen with a fake software update as he downloaded Lock My PC version 4.9
- “Ryan” then tried to get me to log into my nonexistent bank, Amazon and email accounts before he locked my computer, falsely claiming it was “locked by the FTC”
