Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-impatient “Steve” asked me to log into my email account, then my bank account. I intercepted by telling him I can only access my emails on my phone and that my bank was strictly in-person only.
“Steve” then told me to go to the official customer support page of Norton and to never call him back.
I called back and “Alex” refused to “suppoat” after I refused to tell him what I see on grounds of invasion of privacy.
I asked to speak to a white person and he lost his shit. He said crazy foul stuff that made no sense. But what else can be expected? They think that they are insulting me when they call me a bitch. Bwahahahhaha! I told him he was MORALLY BANKRUPT and he kept saying he had plenty of money. SMH
