“David” refused to “suppoat” on the grounds that the invoice number started with the Alphabet. I called back and got “Alex” to remotely connect to my virtual machine and ask me to call “this side Mike” from his “billing team” at (816) 601-9485 (TextNow).
- “this side Mike” then blanked my screen with a fake software update while he brings up a “cancellation form,” but he noticed I was typing, so I had to play the bhenchod song.
