These guys sent my parents an email, norton refund scam for $500. “Order ID: 185555JHJHJ4050”
“Max William” is their supervisor that supposedly helps you through the process, heavy accent and bad english for someone named max william.
Number for "customer support" is 1-408-641-3465
I called and wasted their time for a while, they make you go on their site "support4help.webnode.com"
I'm reporting them to their number provider now, but have fun lmk how it goes.
