Kolkata. Seems they use TCP/UDP port 1723 (VPN)
Scammer answered at 1 AM eastern but hung up right away
It explains why they were having a lot of internet trouble 
. My guess is they locally host their server they use for their PBX system. As well as their own internal VPN. Its a large call center. I heard a lot of physical land line phones ringing over the 2 hours I was on call with them for. Although I couldn’t obtain a company name for these people. I’d love to hopefully obtain that.
