IVR “Thank you for cancellation department”. Ok?
A man answered as “cancellation department.” Would not confirm that he was “Norton,” instead he just proceeded with his script, asking if I have a “computer or laptop”. I asked for his name, and he hung up.
Update: got a callback from 520-265-3459. John from “customer support department” of Gandus.

and download “suppoat 5” on kuka1.top (IP: 159.253.120.139 
, Code: 36087) - Once you have completed their “refund report form,” you are asked to log into your online bank account. Since I don’t do online banking, I played him the Bhenchod Song.
