site topology, seems to have some sort of ddos protection on both the cloudflare and https ports

Site contains basic keylogger and session info grabber. Sends 0.1kb of session data every second

i got this e-mail this morning and when I called I couldnt hardly understand the guy cuz all the background noise. He told me to go to Google Chrome and type in RSCARE.CC but when I told him Norton Scam poped up he told me the e-mail was by mistake. Below is what they sent me:
