That is a new one, another number used that same site as well.

“Alex Wilson” answered for me as well, using Screen Connect

He is a fresher, could hear scammers talking to him as well as other people in the background. Could hear his manager yelling at him as well.
After he failed to connect to my VM, he transferred the call to his “Senior Supervisor” who has the fake name “Allen.” who repeatedly asked me for the invoice ID. I can hear other people in the background asking for gift cards.
They are now trying to get me to buy Apple gift cards
