So General Custer called these folks and accidentally (?) entered $5999 on the refund form instead of $599. They didn’t notice Custer lived at the Little Big Horn, nor the amount, nor could they explain about the verification link. They really need to work on their scripts. Custer had a good time even if they did suggest doing something unmentionable to his mother at the end.
