12:47 pm Central in USA … I called +1 (808) 300–5001 … “Shawn” answered, but I think he transferred me to another guy who did not say his first name, and this 2nd guy had me go to the URL

Be careful , deskcareme.live is actually “screen connect”. It adds a windows service set to auto start. Scammer can access any time. When it happens to me, I stop that Winds service and change the status to “disabled”
